A surreal, slapstick-infused exploration of ambition and betrayal through the eyes of silent film star Mabel Normand. Brought back to life on stage, Mabel fights to realize her creative vision while clashing with a patriarchal system. Both a celebration and critique, the play highlights her brilliance, heartbreak, and enduring legacy, reminding us of the overlooked women who shaped Hollywood's early days.

The projection booth
I came up through performance and painting. Everything I make starts with my artistic instinct and works outward from what story I am telling. AI didn't change that. It changed what I can build around it.
In Fun Factory the projection screen was a rotating vanity mirror, and silent film footage shared the stage with live actors. Ice Man is the same instinct with new tools: real performances, AI bodies and locations, a caveman in a Los Angeles loft. The technology is stagecraft. The story is still the point.
With Adore Creative, I run AI production the way I'd run a crew: a roster of artists matched to what each one does best, a design bible before anyone generates a frame, and a director who looks at every shot. What's on this wall is the work that I have made solo and with a team.

Backstage
How I run AI production: the people, the tracking, and the loop that gets shots from brief to cut.
The work is only as good as the people generating it. I keep a roster of more than thirty AI artists around the world, with interns supporting each team, and I've carried their work into four industry markets and a prestige series pitch.
Nobody is great at everything. Some artists do monsters and wild imagery brilliantly and struggle with a simple realistic scene. So the roster is built slowly: scouting self-published work, testing people on small tasks, keeping the ones who are reliable on quality and speed, and matching each artist to the shots they're actually good at.
Every shot gets a name, an artist, a task, a status and a review time. The name is the whole system: project, shot, version, date.

Writer · Director · Actor · AI ArtistCreative Executive · AI Coordinator · Creative Technologist · Entrepreneur
Kimberly Ann Locke is a Creative Executive and AI Coordinator at Adore Creative AI, a legacy production company, Hollywood features, music videos and Olympic bid campaigns, now producing photoreal AI content for film and television. She is also an AI artist in her own right, and she writes, directs and produces independently.
Originally from Fort Pierce, Florida, she trained as an actor and holds a BFA in Film and Television Arts from AMDA College of the Performing Arts, formerly Studio School LA. Coming up through performance shapes how she reads material: from the inside out, character first.
Her play Fun Factory premiered at the El Portal Theatre in 2024 and scored a 7 on The Black List. Her original series Delta Blood is a swamp-gothic crime thriller with a finished spec pilot and deck. Ice Man, her AI sitcom, releases weekly. She heads Loser World Productions, an independent banner with a feature and two series in development.
