About Kimberly Locke

Kimberly Ann Locke is a visionary filmmaker and multihyphenate creative from Fort Pierce, Florida, excelling as an actor, director, writer, and producer. Armed with a BFA in Television Arts: Acting for Camera from AMDA College of the Performing Arts, she has sharpened her skills over four years in Los Angeles, including rigorous training in industry standards at Los Angeles Center Studios.

As co-founder of Lucky Locke Productions with her twin sister, Kimberly has driven standout projects like the indie short The Birth, starring Kimberly, which has amassed 2.8 million YouTube views and a cult following, and Snack Time, also starring Kimberly, which earned the Bronze Buffalo Virgil Award.

She has debuted as a playwright and director with Fun Factory—a play about forgotten silent film star Mabel Normand. She spearheaded the development of the play for its premiere at the El Portal Theatre. Through meticulous historical research and innovative storytelling, she transformed Normand’s legacy into a compelling theatrical narrative that bridges the past with modern audiences. The play earned a score of 7 on The BlackList and received high praise, with critics noting her “strong gift in dialogue and innovative stagecraft” and describing it as “a powerful play that has a bright future,”

Kimberly’s directorial and writing credits shine in films like Stone Faced, a raw, minimalist short exploring death, sisterhood, and the life of an artist, and Pythoness, a wild dramatic comedy about witches and revenge. As an actress, she commands both stage and screen, delivering unforgettable performances as an angsty bipolar teen in Tempest and a masochistic call center worker in Fed Up, proving her versatility across comedy and drama.

Currently, Kimberly explores the intersection of storytelling and creative technology as an AI Video Artist and Creative Assistant in Los Angeles. She works at Adore Creative and Catalyst AI. She directs and produces projects under Loser World Productions and is developing two original TV pilots.
